All you need in addition, is your fruit (or juice) & sugar. Plus you will need equipment and bottles.
Included:
- 1/8 cup (about 40g) Potassium Metabisulphite.
- 25g pectolase enzyme
- 5g champagne yeast (Lalvin Ec-1118 or similar).
- 1/2 tbsp (about 6g) GO-FERM® Protect
- 7g Fermaid A nutrient
- 1+1/4 teaspoon tannin .
- 100g bentonite finings
- 2.5 teaspoons sorbate (stop fermentation for medium or sweet wine)
