Tea Description: China Lung Ching, also known as Dragonwell, is produced by hand. The tea leaves that become Dragonwell are plucked before the Clear Light Festival or, at the least, before the spring rains have fallen. Dragonwell is distinguished by its beautiful shape, emerald colour, scented smell, full body and tending sweet floral character. The infusion is bright and green. NOT compatible with milk.

Ingredients: Luxury steamed green tea.

Source: Imported from the Metropolitan Tea Company. Based in North America. In operation for more than 30 years and a member of the Ethical Tea Partnership.

Brewing suggestion: Half a level or heaped teaspoon per cup. Infuse for 3 minutes (according to taste) with water that is about 80-90°C. Able to be reinfused.
