Tea Description: An excellent green tea for everyday drinking.
Cup characteristics: Tending light liquoring, smooth with reasonable depth and body. Often used in tea ceremonies. The infusion is pale yellow green.
Country(ies) of origin: China. Made to Japanese specifications.
Source: Imported from the Metropolitan Tea Company. Based in North America. In operation for more than 30 years and a member of the Ethical Tea Partnership.
Brewing suggestion: Half a level or heaped teaspoon per cup. Infuse for 3 minutes (according to taste) with water that is about 80-90°C. Able to be reinfused.
