FORMOSA OOLONG (97grams) Semi-fermented. Thin liquor. Sweet fruity character. Tends black.
FUJIAN OOLONG Also known as Ti Kuan Yin. Semi-fermented. Orchid-like notes. Tends green.
JASMINE ORCHARD OOLONG (90grams) Oolong tea blended with green tea, mango, apple, strawberry and peach pieces, and jasmine and safflower petals. Light fruity and floral notes.
Brewing suggestion: 1 teaspoon per cup. Infuse for 3-5 minutes (according to taste) with freshly boiled water that is around or 80-90°C. Able to be reinfused.
