Around 3.2 cubic metres of hot mix firewood from a 50-year-old shelter belt felled down last summer; cut into rounds, stored outside off the ground and recently split:
- 1 cm of Poplar - great for starting and restoking a fire.
- 1 cm Macrocarpa – delivers excellent heat.
- 1 cm Gum – keep the wood-burner going overnight.
Our wood is all clean split (easy to stack) and largely bark free (no mess); cut to around 350mm in good useable sizes.
There’s well over 3 cubic metres in this stack.
Pick up is in Te Horo, Kapiti Coast. Good driveway access.
