3kg+ of Plum Wood Chunks

Plum wood is excellent for smoking, offering a mild, sweet, fruity, and slightly spicy flavour that pairs beautifully with chicken, pork, fish, and seafood, adding colour and depth without overpowering the food.

The plum wood came from 80 year old plum trees from the family farm. The chunks are seasoned and the moss/lichen has been removed so they are ready for your BBQ/Smoker now.

Each paper bag contains at least 3kg+ of various sized chunks.
