This knife is crafted from durable stainless steel with a micro hairline finish. The hollow-ground blade features grooves that reduce friction, ensuring smoother and cleaner cuts. The high-density polypropylene handle has a textured, anti-slip surface for a comfortable and secure grip. Each knife also comes with a smart blade cover for safe storage and added protection.
The knife is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning; however, hand washing is recommended to maintain the blade's performance and finish. To keep the blade in optimal condition, use SCANPAN Steel Cleaner for best care.

Use and Care:
