Notes

Before first use, wash the pan in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth or brush; do not use harsh scourers.

After cooking, do not add cold water to a hot pan; wait until cool. Remove all food and fat residue with hot soapy water and a nylon cloth or brush.

Heat tint or streak marks can occur from excessive high heat; avoid using excessive heat. To remove streak marks, make a paste of 2 tablespoons bicarbonate of soda with water, apply with a soft cloth in circular motions, then rinse.

The range is dishwasher safe but handwashing is recommended to extend product life. For best results, use SCANPAN Steel and Copper Cleaner for an "as new" finish.
