ORDER PREPARATION

PICK-UP

• You will have 10 working days to collect your order, anytime during our normal operating hours. We are not open weekends or public holidays. Orders not collected within this period will be put back on sale. Alternatively, you may contact us to arrange a later collection date.

COURIER DELIVERIES

• Please allow 2-4 working days for non-rural and 4-6 working days for rural deliveries.

LOCAL DELIVERIES

• For orders too large to be couriered within Auckland, we will contact you to arrange a delivery day/time and ask that someone be present to receive the delivery. Note these deliveries are limited to a 45 km driving distance from the store of purchase and to ground floor only. Exceptions can be made with adjusted pricing.
