We have owned this machine from new in 2010 having purchased it from Harvey Normans in New Plymouth for $5000.00

It had a full check and service by a NZ Miele Service agent in 2019 and since that time it was put in storage for 4 years as we went living overseas.

To be clear it has only had approx 20 coffees through it since that service and that was to ensure there were no issues.
