Storage Wars/Auction Hunters Rotorua Abandoned Storage Unit As one of our tenants has failed to pay their storage fees, we are selling the contents in their unit.

This unit is contents as pictured from one room. It includes everything in the pictures. Very average quality. FISH SMOKER IS SOLD

Sorry NO “BUY NOW” this auction will run to completion. We do reserve the right to withdraw this auction if the owner of these items suddenly pays their outstanding fees before this auction closes.

All items in the unit are as seen in the photos. Items are presumed to be used and sold on a”as is where is” basis with no warranties or guarantees. Storage Solutions accepts no liability as to the condition of the goods in the unit. THE FISH SMOKER IS SOLD

All sales are final. Once you have placed a bid you have entered into a binding contract with Storage Solutions in which you have agreed to purchase the entire contents of the unit should you be the successful bidder. If you win the auction you have two days after the auction closes to pay in full plus $150 bond which will be repaid once the unit is completely empty and rubbish free. Payment is by bank deposit or cash plus deposit only to Storage Solutions. 2x air beds, corner table, recliner, chair, coffee table, tie downs, tarp, heater, spade, round table plus other items as pictured

Items must be removed by Friday 5pm 8th of July Delivery is not an option PICK UP ONLY Staff are on site for security only and are unable to help with moving items.

Failure to collect everything in the unit by …. Will result in any money paid to Storage Solutions being forfeited. Including, but not limited to the bond. All items must be removed including rubbish or unwanted items, NO EXCEPTION.

The safety you or your helpers while loading this units contents is your responsibility.
