Solar Powered Sliding Gate Opener Kit SGO-BB-12S
IMPORTANT: For use with gates installed on level ground only!
Fully solar powered sliding gate opener with 18Amp (!) backup batteries.
This is a quality motor with all metal gear. The rigid aluminum cast motor chassis will last for years. There are now motors on the market with plastic parts where our manufacturer is using solid metal, including main parts like the cog and the motor chassis. A “plastic motor” can be cheaper but might not last very long!
No trenching or electrician needed. Wire this low power system yourself and this can save you a lot of money. Comes with detailed installation instructions - Gate hardware installation kits and more accessories are available in our web shop for a special price.
This system does not use toggle or magnet switches to mark the fully open and close position. It comes with a Hall Sensor and all you need to do is to run the learning program the first time you use it and the motor will learn the start and end points of the gate. This is the first sliding gate system making use of this smart technology and our customers love it because it is so much easier to install.
