Flood Proof  This Sliding gate motor is IP57 rated meaning that it can handle temporary water immersion of up to 1 meter (3 feet) of fresh water for up to 30 minutes. This makes it the ideal choice for users in areas which are flood prone.

Magnetic Limit switches The motor is fitted with magnetic limit switches to ensure two things, not with toggle switch like cheaper models
