Morrison Reel Mower

Vintage Morrison Reel Mower. The clutch is included with the mower body. To the best of my knowledge the clutch is in working order. Body has been cleaned up and painted with Rustguard epoxy enamel to protect the metal. This can be painted over with the color of your choice. Reel is 39cm / 15 inch wide. The motor does not go and has been dismantled by Mower Repair Shop. I have had it inspected by local mower shop and they advise it needs substantial repairs to get going. Approximately $300.00 (including parts and labour). The main bearing is tight, needs new carburettor gaskets, needs new magneto (points), possibly new rings. The carburettor will need a new gasket kit. The engine has not been running for over 5 years so all seals and gaskets will have dried out. Selling as is.

If you have the skills the engine could be rebuilt for the cost of parts.

Good for parts, fix the existing motor or find another motor to complete and use it to get a bowling green quality lawn.
