Strawberry Albion giant sized, sweet ever-bearing strawberries from October to June! Get these in the ground now so they can settle and be ready early for next season. You should get berries until late autumn as well. Albion is from the latest breeding in 'ever-bearing' varieties, It begins cropping in October and continues in flushes until the end of June. Outdoors in the Wairarapa. Mine fruited October to June last year and are still fruiting this season. In warmer climates it can even bear heavily three times in the season.

Each strawberry plant is capable of producing 450g (1lb) of tasty fruit each year. Mine came near to that. Berries have an outstanding flavour. Vigorous variety has improved disease resistance to verticillium wilt and crown rot.

You are bidding on a plant with leaves about 15 cm long and ready for planting out. Plants are in 9 cm pots. Photos show fruit and sample plant. Not all have berries. Many have flowers.

Up to 15 plants can be sent together for for one shipping payment providing you use Add to Cart. Up to 8 peonies can be sent together for one shipping. Check out when only when you have all you want. If you purchase items one at a time, shipping is payable on each purchase. To place a large order, pay shipping for each group of 15 plants or 8 peonies. You can add seeds, dry bulbs and tubers to potted plants at no extra shipping cost. There is no limit on the number of seeds that can be sent for one shipping cost.

We ship Mondays and Tuesdays each week to ensure they are delivered during the working week. Plants purchased before noon Saturday will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. Plants purchased later than noon Saturday will be sent a week later. At the time of dispatch you will be sent an email with tracking information.

We do not ship to Great Barrier, Waiheke, Stewart, Chatham and other offshore islands.
