Description
Listing is for 1 grafted Bronceada custard apple (cherimoya) tree.
Bronceada produces large, sweet fruit which are ready mid season. The flesh is a creamy, white in colour, and a medium seed count.
Cherimoya are the easiest of the Annona species to grow in our climate. They can be grown in most areas, however must be frost protected while young. Once established, they can tolerate light frost. Best to protect from cold southerly winds, so planting near a wall or tree protection on the north side is best in the colder regions. In the North, these can be planted outside with no issues at all.
They are self fertile, so you only need 1. They can frow up to 4 meters high when established, but are super easy to keep small by pruning every year or 2. The can produce on old wood so there is no issue with pruning, you will not lose fruit production.
Please note - we are a nursery with more than one of each product. The products in the images are stock photos, and the product you receive will differ, but will be the same quality and size.
