Whether you are keen on flower-arranging and need a supply of vase fillers or just want a traditional country garden plant for your flowering border, Bishop's Flower is an excellent choice. It gives an effect similar to Gypsophila Baby's Breath.

These lacy Heirloom annuals germinate easily from seed and are happy to self-seed without becoming invasive. Try staggering your sowings for a constant supply of blooms, they'll grow all year round in milder climates. Grows virtually anywhere and makes an excellent host plant for beneficial insects. Plants prefer average moist soil. Water during dry spells. Remove spent blossoms regularly to prolong blooming. Drought resistant.

HOW TO GROW:

Seeds should be sown direct or transplanted, allowing 1 metre between plants.

If planting early sow indoors into a seed tray and keep moist. Best to direct sow into raked soil, one week after last frost, 1.5mm deep drills, 30cm spacing, rows 30cm apart. Germination takes approx 21 days.
