Genovese Basil grows up to 60cm and likes to grow beside tomato plants. Sow seed in small lots ( about 10 seeds ) in seed raising mix then transfer to outside or into a glasshouse. Tomato fertilizer and lots of sun. Plant in spring in seed trays in a hot wind free place.

It takes about 60 days to grow but you can take big side leaves off earlier.
