These double flared plugs have the skull design inlaid so you're able to see the skull design the same whether you're looking at it from the front or the back. This plug is ideal for those who have issues when wearing other material or just prefer to wear acrylic ear plugs/tunnels. Being double flared both ends of the plug is flared, the gauge is measure from the biggest part of the plug in the middle (the wearable area).
