Payment must be made or arranged within 3 days or the item will be relisted and feedback left accordingly.

All orders are sent within 1 - 3 business days, then the courier’s delivery time-frame begins, please note couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Any item over $1000.00 will only be sent via Signature required parcel. If you have any questions regarding delivery or any delays please contact us first and we will do our best to help.

Security: Due to the increase in jewellery ramraids and thefts, we store ALL items off site in third party logistics. Anyone wishing to view an item over $1000 is welcome to do so, but an appointment is required so we can transfer the items from our 3PL provider ready for your viewing appointment.
