These earrings usually sell for $10 and were lovingly donated for the Spectrum Work Charity Auction by "Things by S" @handmadethingsbys. All proceeds go towards supporting our mission of supporting Neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ individuals in the workplace.
About the Artist Sarah (She/They) is a neurodivergent and queer artist from Auckland. They are one of the Spectrum Work team, offering their services to support individuals, business and organisations. Having worked in a range of companies and being part of these communities themselves, Sarah is all to aware of the challenges they face and the incredible work that diverse humans can create when they are engaged and treated fairly. Sarah is incredibly disciplined and process focused with their professional life, and explores art of many kinds in their personal life.
About Spectrum Work Aotearoa Spectrum Work Aotearoa is a new organisation, launching as a registered charity in early 2024. We will provide access to employment advocates & service providers who specialise in helping diverse people and communities. Our team is made up of neurodiverse, queer, and multi-skilled people who have all faced, and overcome challenges in the workplace due to their differences. We provide access to support, education, advice, and representation to people and organisations of all kinds.
