Description
This unique Paua necklace is handcrafted using a solid piece of NZ Paua shell. On top of the Paua, I have added my white mother-of-pearl wave design, inspired by the traditional koru design. You can also wear it the other way around if you wish to just have the nice Paua colours without the design.
As this is a solid piece of shell, it is thick and durable. The pendant is coated in resin for shine and protection.
Symbolism: The koru is a symbol of the spiral fern bud and represents new life, new beginnings, and growth.
Size: Pendant is 35mm across
