Fundraiser - my son needs braces - funds raised from my auctions will be used for the down payment

From the Deed of Title included with the dollhouse: “Rose Cottage is an original work of art by acclaimed cottage artist Violet Schwenig, handcrafted in exacting 1:12 scale. It is expertly painted and finished by hand, and comes fully furnished with more than 100 individual pieces of custom furnishings." Rose Cottage Dollhouse is issued in a hand-numbered Limited Edition of 2500 worldwide”. This cottage is # 0769. Originally sold by the Franklin Mint in the late 1990s. It is approx 61cm (24”) tall from the base to the chimney top, 68cm (26 3/4”) wide and 43.2cm (17”) deep. Comes complete with all original documentation, furniture and accessories (some minor original pieces are not included however I have added a ton of added extras over the years). Doll, which was not part of the set, is also included. Kitchen sink has a crack on one corner which has had a repair. Railing at base of stairs has been broken and is missing. Could be repaired. Some of the paintings/plates on walls have been glued. Smoke free home. PICKUP ONLY due to size and weight. Pukekohe township (not rural).
