J & J Dodds Oblong octavo, red stapled heavy card boards (wear as shown), gilt lettering to front board, 94pp, heavily illustrated throughout, all complimented by great period local advertising. Taken from the text of Vol.3 of the author's The Mineral Waters and Health Resorts of New Zealand, with photographs by C.A. McEvoy.
I don't use the word 'rare' readily as some sellers do but this is an exceedingly scarce item in any condition. Wera to boards as shown, interior has minor wear and all photographs, text and advertisements are clean and clear.
