Almost brand new, works perfectly. I only just bought this on the 5th of May 2024 from PB tech and after loading it up I quickly realised I needed a 4 bay NAS. My loss your gain. Works perfectly and I have the invoice from PB tech as a .pdf if you would like.

The cardboard box it came in has a rip in the bottom corner because I opened it badly, but just the outer box, so it does not affect the NAS at all.
