Description
a precursor to Cabaret and based on Christopher Isherwood's pre-WWII experiences in berlin, the film has a checkered history - however - is much more highly regarded than when first released (1955). Harvey is good as the Isherwood character, but Julie Harris shines as the nightclub entertainer. listed in 'G' shape due to minor disc marks - think G+++ & a guaranteed problem free play. great stuff!
