An UN-USED item... BUT while in transit to me, a certain courier co. scuffed the dvd CASE; resulting in some puckering/scuffs on the back of the CASE. This small cosmetic imperfection doesn't affect the basic functionality of the CASE. The CASE opens & closes, & the dvd sits securely. Replace the dvd CASE yourself; issue resolved
