If you know Lowden guitars, this is the top-of-the-line standard model (unless you go for customshop and add every option possible with Brazilian rosewood.)

I've owned this guitar for 3 years and it was absolutely enjoyable to play. Selling only because planning to move overseas in the near future and need to clear out my collections.

This particular guitar was made in 2019. Fret wear is minimal, almost not noticeable. There is some finish wear off on the back towards the upper bout (As shown in the photos), hence the reduced price. Otherwise no problem with this guitar. With the current taller saddle (mammoth iv0ry), the string action is just above 2.5mm and I have made three spare sets (cow bone and mammoth iv0ry) with lower and medium heights which can bring it down as low as 2.0mm which you can swap out easily without going to a luthier

I installed the string butler so your D and G strings are pulled straight from the nut slot, reducing friction, therefore, better tuning stability.
