Description

2005 Tobias Growler Made by Gibson in their Arkansas plant USA Gibson bought out Michael Tobias Guitars in the 1990’s. His new company is MTD (Michael Tobias Design)

Lightweight, asymmetrical neck. Lightning fast Swamp Ash, Wenge, Bubinga stringers 18 volt Bartolini 3 EQ Fresh SS Daddario Rounds and set up for thumping ABM Bridge, Grover Tuners 4 bolt neck joint, absolutely seamless, totally smooth.

I think the fret 12 is a bit low. The E string bridge saddle is sitting in (held by string tension). I decided not to glue it into place, it’s not been an issue in the years I have owned it. Slight chip back of head stock which hopefully is shown in the photo.

Should the bidding reach $1275 I will include an Artist Tweed Hard Case Please be aware of this if you are unavailable to pick up.

This is a great gigging Bass, lightweight, good balance, heaps of EQ options

Not interested in any instrument trades but maybe a part deal on interesting Bass pedals specifically Free The Tone, 3Leaf Audio and definitely a Boss OC-2 or OC-5
