Latches have surface rust but work well as does the lock. Not sure of age. I have tested this unit and it powers up and turntable spins. I have not tested with a record. Previous owner states that the speaker works but needs repair. Not sure of stylus condition. I can give no guarantee around working condition of any component of this item.
