Sturdy steel frame with padded seat and backrest, with foot rest and a guitar hanger at the back.
The chair is quite heavy so won't tip over even with a heavy guitar or bass hanging from the back.
Buyer to pick preferably however shipping can be arranged at the buyers expense.
