Warranty for WQ15D6 speakers: RTB 12 Months Domestic/ 6 months Commercial

Remarks for Commercial warranty: This would apply to purchases not for domestic use, including organisational purchasing such as bar & restaurants, schools, churches, musicians & artists, etc.; Goods bought for re-sale, repair, or hiring purpose will also be considered as commercial.

Important Notice:

• We have a store located in Auckland Airport Oaks/ Mangere area, you are welcome to come & pick up. (opening hours: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm, Sat 10pm-3pm; closed on Sundays & public holidays)
• We could arrange the logistic delivery, if you needs this service please advises your delivery address upon purchase completed.

Important Notice:

1. Location zoning follows Courier Post rules(e.g. Waiheke Island is not Auckland). Larger items may incur an Auckland rural surcharge; we will contact you, or you may select NORTH ISLAND STANDARD at checkout.
2. For delivery issues, we will liaise with the courier first. Refund/redelivery is case-by-case after their response. Signature delivery is recommended for areas with frequent missing parcels.
3. Xmas & New Year Break Our shop will be CLOSED from Dec 24 to Jan 4, and will resume full operations on Monday, Jan 5, 2026. During this period, there will be no pickups. We will continue to dispatch orders as normal, but please expect delays due to the holiday period.
