Don't know much about it except for you plug it in turn it on and the house shakes plates rattle and the pictures fall off the walls and then while your picking them up and cleaning up the glass a noise control officer appears at the front door with ya know that rent a cop look on his face acting like he's trying to help you it's almost like magic !
