Introducing Evie, a confident beautiful 7yo short-haired tabby tortie.

Personality: affectionate on her own terms (she lets you know when she’s had enough pats) and playful.

She enjoys pats and loves to get close and sleep on a lap.

She loves to play with screwed-up pieces of paper.

She prefers to have four paws on the floor or in her bed, not to be picked up or carried around.

Her ideal home: loving quiet home with one or two quiet humans, no kids, no other cats and no dogs. She gets stressed outdoors at times so an indoor home would be perfect.

History: relinquished due to long-term stress-associated inappropriate urination. Medication trials didn’t help but a change in environment to an indoor foster care home has stopped the behaviour. Urine tests and vet checks show that Evie is a very healthy cat. She needs a high-sided litter box such as a 27L sistema container as she doesn’t crouch to pee although she does to poop.

Other health points: tested negative for FIV and FeLV, desexed, microchipped, vaccinated (due again in a year) flea-treated and wormed and comes with 30 days free pet insurance.
