Phoebe the ex pat cat was a bit strung out and in survival mode when trapped. Once shifted to a quiet foster space she blossomed! No such thing as idle hands when Pheebs is around, she will keep them busy with pats. Her fosterer describes her as a sweetheart and calls her the ‘expat cat’. Phoebe is a true survivor and shows she’s grateful with smooches and purrs.
