9 years old

This is a very difficult decision for our family, but due to an overseas relocation, planned for early 2027, we are looking for a caring long-term home for our two much-loved cats, Dexter and Zoe.

Both cats were originally gifts for our children on their 10th birthdays and have been treasured family pets ever since. They are healthy, relaxed, and affectionate cats who are used to lots of love, sunshine, quiet companionship, and garden time.

DEXTER

Dexter is a 15-year-old male cat, black with a white patch, with a beautiful gentle nature. He is very affectionate, loves being picked up and cuddled, and has an enormous purr. He still enjoys playing and will happily follow people around the house looking for attention or a sunny place to relax.

He is confident, relaxed, social, and extremely easy to love.

ZOE

Zoe is a 10-year-old female cat, grey with a white flash and tummy, calm and with a cooky sweet personality. She enjoys being stroked and sitting quietly with and on patient people, although she prefers not to be picked up.

She is very independent in a lovely way, and enjoys peaceful environments, sunny windows, and quiet companionship.

IDEAL HOME

Ideally, we would love for Dexter and Zoe to remain together, as they have spent many years together.

We think they would suit a calm household, couple, family, or older person wanting affectionate but relaxed company.

We are in no rush and are committed to finding the right home and people for them.
