Arrow is a sweet puppy, 5 months old boxer x pound rescue. She has been found tied up to the pound fence together with 2 puppies from another litter.

Arrow has a great temperament for a pet and is an inquisitive puppy without being pushy. She has a good focus and attention span for her age and she is very food motivated which will make training a breeze. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs of all ages, and she is very friendly with people and eager to please. We don’t test with cats and other small animals/birds, and we don’t have babies/toddlers on premises. Generally speaking, a puppy with an even temperament can be easily trained to coexist peacefully with other species since there is no pre-existing adverse experience that created a neural path.

Arrow is vaccinated, microchipped, and has undergone a comprehensive veterinary examination, which she passed without any issues. She has an optional six weeks of complimentary health insurance and a non-breeding contract. We do not recommend desexing dogs under two years of age and strongly advise conducting a health DNA test prior to desexing, as well as discussing the results with a veterinarian to understand any potential genetic conditions that may be affected by hormone deficiency.

We adopt NZ nationwide, but we advise owners to meet and pick up the dog. The connection with the dog and the dog’s feedback is important. It is also best practice in terms of dog’s safety and wellbeing during the transport.
