Frank's foster writes:
Frank is an active, affectionate, and loyal boy with a big heart and an even bigger love for life. Whether he’s strolling along the beach, exploring bush tracks, soaking up the sun, or cruising in the car (his absolute fave!), Frank is happiest when he’s part of the action. He loves his toys, loves his people even more, and brings a warm, easygoing presence wherever he goes.
This friendly guy adores being near humans and is always excited to greet visitors. He’s still learning not to jump up or mouth. He sleeps beautifully in his crate at night and is working on feeling more comfortable going into it during the day. Frank isn’t the biggest fan of being rinsed with a hose after the beach, but with patience and gentle encouragement, he’ll get there.
Out and about, Frank is reactive with other dogs and will benefit from continued training to help him stay calm and confident. Because his current foster doesn’t have another dog, we’re not sure how he’d be living with one - so for now, he’s best suited as the only dog in the home.
Frank knows his basic commands, is progressing well with toilet training, and thrives with consistent routines. He doesn’t yet signal when he needs to go outside, so he’ll rely on you to take him out regularly. With his higher energy levels, he’s the perfect partner for someone who loves to run, walk, or head out on adventures.
If you’re after a loyal, loving, outgoing companion who’s ready for fun, adventures, and more training, Frank might just be your perfect match.
