Poppy is a rough coat Jack Russell and is 10 years young. She still keeps up with the younger dogs and has no signs of old age

Due to no fault of her own we are sadly needing to rehome her due to us needing to go to Australia for a while (will move often so not practical for Poppy and unfair)

We’ve had Poppy since she was 7 weeks old and has been the best wee girl. Before we moved to Auckland Poppy lived on our family farm. She was extremely good at catching rats and rabbits.

Now she likes to spend her time laying in the sun, sniffing around in the garden, playing fetch (she LOVES balls) and going to the beach. Poppy loves a snuggle and to sleep under the covers. She’s very clever and picks up tricks with ease. If you’re a gardener she loves to hang around pottering in the garden.

Pops is such a sweet girl and everyone she meets ADORES her.

Good with cats and other dogs, but I think she’d love to be an only dog and someone’s full focus.

Also great with children as we have a 16 month old

This is terribly difficult for us and will be very fussy with her new owners and ask a lot of info on you.
