Moth is a gorgeous, 9 week old, female, Huntaway X.

Moth is a calm, affectionate puppy who believes the best things in life are face kisses, belly tickles, and quality time. She’s wonderfully social and gets along beautifully with adult dogs, puppies, and people of all ages, including children. She loves canine company and happily seeks out attention and play from her doggy friends.

While Moth has a playful, active side (especially when it comes to running around and proudly carrying her favourite sticks), she balances this perfectly with lots of short power naps throughout the day. She’s confident in busy environments too - loud noises like trains and traffic don’t faze her, and she’s happy to hop in the car for adventures.

Moth is progressing well with toilet training and is comfortable being left alone for 1 - 4 hours. She’s not a fan of crates just yet but is content in a small, open caged area where she can relax and watch the world go by. Like most puppies, she’ll benefit from ongoing training around jumping up, leash manners, and recall, especially as she’s easily distracted and not overly food motivated - but she’s still very young and eager to learn.

With a medium energy level, a love of companionship, and a sweet, gentle nature, Moth would suit almost any home - from a busy family with kids and other pets to a quieter household looking for a loving companion.
