Ray is the coolest and most loving dog lady you'll meet. She is a beautiful brindle 7 year old whippet cross with white socks and I've had her since a pup. She is very healthy and never had any health problems, and has been regularly vet checked and vaccinated.

She is a pig dog type but has always been kept as a pet and is used to living in the house and having company most of the time, although now that she is older and more mature, she can be left alone during the day and does a lot of snoozing on the couch.

She is an active, very social, and rather excitable dog and needs an owner who can physically control her as she tends to pull the leash when she is excited to get out of the house – especially when she goes to the dog park to meet other dogs and run around!

She does know how to walk on a leash though and generally calms down after the initial burst of energy. She is good natured and very smart and likes to please, but she has a funny bone and also likes to tease! She would benefit from a good routine and she likes lots of attention and play. She would be fine with older children too, but is a bit too rambunctious to be around small kids.

She would probably like a place where she can run around and explore on her own. She gets along well with other dogs but I don't know how she would cope with sharing her home with one. She chases cats and things that move, but is 100% non aggressive and protective of other members of the household including the cats!

She is now looking for another home and a human or several who can give her the love she deserves as I am moving overseas and won't be able to take her.
