Tommy 10-11 months old, male, medium in size and a mixbreed.

Tommy is a happy go lucky sort of guy. If you’re wanting a friend who will stick by your side, he’s your boy. He’s affectionate and playful.

Tommy has had a bit of a rough start to life but we’re hopeful that’s all about to change for him.

Tommy very quickly picked up sit and within 5 minutes of learning that, he was on to learning “down”. Once he learnt down, that’s all he wanted to do, even when commanded to sit.

Tommy also walks very nicely on a lead. He will do just about anything you ask of him, even more so if treats are involved.

Tommy is good with other dogs. A little more playful due to his young age. A home with a dog that can match his energy levels is recommended.

He was a little curious around stock. He has showed interest in chickens but unfortunately we do not know how he is with cats.

We think Tommy would suit a home where he’s not left on his own for long periods, with secure fencing and a patient owner who can give him their time and attention.
