Description
9 years old
It is deeply regretting that after almost 10yrs with our beautiful girl Harper, our circumstances mean we can no longer have her in our family home, due to the addition of our now 1yr old boy.
Harper is a gorgeous, friendly, loving dog who is incredibly loyal, intelligent, playful and affectionate. She has always struggled with feeling anxious/reactive around small children and (most) unknown dogs. Her perceived threat towards small children causes her stress and a level of unpredictability we can no longer safely manage in our home.
Harper would suit a loving family of adult/s, free from small children and/or other dogs, with plenty of backyard to roam at her leisure. She benefits from regular exercise and stimulation and equally can happily spend a day dozing away in the sun.
Harper is a healthy, desexed, vaccinated dog with no ongoing health conditions other than we have been providing treatment for prevention of arthritis in her joints. She has had bilateral TPLO surgery in 2021/22 and has fully recovered with no further injury or issues. She has no special dietary requirements, currently we feed her dry food with occasional treats.
Harper has been a big part of our lives and family. She grew up alongside our 10yo Pugalier, Miley. She spent 7 of her 9 years living in Australia with us. She has been on countless adventures, camping trips, hikes and holidays with our family. She was by my side for every night feed with my newborn baby.
She will be sorely missed, but we know there is a new family waiting to give her the love and care she deserves in this next chapter of her life.
If you are interested to meet Harper, please get in touch to begin the process.
We look forward to meeting you soon ??
