In good condition and unfortunately not needed now due to my rabbits passing away. Has had one coat of paint and I’ve never had issues with chewing.

Inside area was designed by myself with the fake lawn for moving up the ramp. I have some left over which you can take.

My rabbits have loved this house over the years and I used pet fencing in the garden to keep them in a secured area, this is not included.

I’ve used plastic sheeting during the wet season to keep the inside of the house dry over the chicken wire and rabbit hole below.

Pick up is in Belfast only and will require 2-3 strong people to move it.

Has a door on the side for human access.
