Maling "Rosalind" Vase
A gorgeous vase by the well-known Maling name. Maling Pottery was produced first in Sutherland and later in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, where this lovely vase was made. The maker's stamp is on the bottom of the piece - a typical Maling Castle - with the design number "6548" and "ROSALIND" putting the age of the vase between 1950-1955. Its place of manufacture is also detailed as "NEWCASTLE-ON-TYNE". It has a lustre finish - typical of the Maling designs of the time .
Stands 9cms tall.
