Desirable Vintage Royal Worcester “ROANOKE” Bone China demi-tasse set

We offer today a very collectable demi-tasse set, in that superb ROANOKE pattern, designed in the 30s by C.B. Simmonds, then Director at Royal Worcester, one of Englands leading producers of top quality china, not just for Royalty.

This pattern was first introduced during the WW II austerity period in the 1940’s, when patterned china was produced only for export. It was named after a little river in Virginia as Roanoke was designed mainly for the American market. But now this set can be yours.

As shown in the photos, these beauties have have clusters of delightful English spring snd summer flowers on ivory ground, narrowly edged with gold. The pattern reference number is shown on one cup as Z.2827
