Rare Wedgwood Tunstall “GOLD MEDALLION” Oval Plates (2x2)

Good solid mid-century quality and design, solid china made by Enoch Wedgwood (Tunstall) Ltd in England in the good old days - now waiting here for your own collection, or for use or display in your retro kitchen or indeed as an investment for the future.

Please check the photos for details of these highly collectable oval side plates, matching other plates and dinnerware we are about to list soon. This attractive Gold Medallion pattern is very rare indeed, timeless in design.

We offer these desirable plates in a good used vintage condition for immediate use. No cracks or repairs, just one mouse bite underneath the rim of one plate (not visible in the photo), and some interesting under-glaze crazing in the plates, adding to the attraction.

As shown, these dishes all show that unique and rather intricate complex gold/brown medallion pattern, and the impressive basket style geometrical embossed pattern at the sides. All plates have that well known Wedgwood Unicorn marking which reads as follows:

Two plates measure 24 cm in length and just over 14 cm across. Two slightly small plates measure 21.5 in length and almost 14 cm across.
