Climbing Boots - Kathmandu size 43 EUR mens. Leather, very stiff for crampons

Kathmandu 'Trail' climbing boots. Size EUR 43 mens. Leather, Made in Italy.

Note that these boots are climbing boots and are designed to be very stiff. These boots are not 'tramping' boots.

Full leather upper and integrated tongue to fully enclose foot and to stop any water incursion. Very hard Vibram rubber sole. Metal eyelets and clasps for the laces.

Strengthend toe cap and heel with a good protruding lip on the sole to allow for attachment of a range of crampons. Padded leather around the top of the ankle.

Boots also have an interior metal plate running the the length of the foot arch to aid foot rigidity when balancing to your toes.

Approx 15 years old but used only once.
