Bought new from Nomadic in 2022, all in good working condition.

Used as my bedroom for two years on our off-grid property and it was excellent! Stood strong and remained waterproof all year round. The fire keeps you toasty and warm on winter nights, and in summer, you can remove the fireplace, cover the hole and unzip the ground sheet for a lovely breeze through the tent. The tent has just had a thorough cleaning on the inside, so it looks fabulous and is ready for a new owner.

For longterm use, it is recommended to place this tent on a hard surface such as a wooden deck.

Selling as we are now living in town and do not need it.
