Frame shouldn't be peeling back like that, have you tried warranty claim, it's only 5 years old s**2 (80 • 4:24 pm, Tue, 14 MayYep but Specialized warranty has paint covers only for 2years and they line was is paint damage and it comes from car bike rack.
